Badges

Getting a badge

Each attendee must buy a valid badge to attend the event. Each badge costs $25. Get a badge here!

Badges will be provided to attendees when they arrive at the event. We will need to see a valid ID.

Early bird and at-door badge prices
We find it annoying to have to track different how badge prices differ over time (it's also a little bit of a marketing trick). We want to keep it simple. So, badges are always $25, even at the door.
Refunding a badge
You can cancel your badge at any time, for any reason, until 12 March 2027 (the day before the convention). Email brent@brentnewhall.com with the subject line 'CANCEL ANIME UNIVERSITY BADGE', and in the body of the email, put the email address that you used with PayPal to purchase the badge. You will be refunded through PayPal.
Transferring badges
Badges are not transferrable. In other words, you cannot give your badge to someone else.
Lost or stolen badges
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or forgotten badges. We will not provide refunds, credits, or replacements for any lost items; they must be repurchased at full cost. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or forgotten materials.
